After your application is approved, you'll pay the administrative fee and your security deposit to secure the property.

Sign the lease
Next, you’ll electronically sign the lease—quick, easy, and all online.

Provide the essentials
Before move-in, you’ll upload your proof of renter’s insurance and confirm that you’ve transferred the utilities into your name.

Pay your first month's rent
You'll submit your first month's rent to finalize your move-in preparations.

Attend a new resident orientation
We’ll guide you through a virtual orientation, which includes the move-in process, how to complete your move-in inspection, and access your resident portal.

Move in!
On move-in day, you’ll receive a code to access your keys from a lockbox.
