To tour a vacant home, you can choose between scheduling with a licensed agent for a guided tour or doing a self-guided tour at your convenience. Please note, resident-occupied homes can only be toured with a licensed agent.
- Submit your application
Once you've found the perfect home, submit your application online. Please note, there is a $75, non-refundable application fee per adult resident.
- Get approved and make your payment
After your application is approved, you'll pay the lease administrative fee and your security deposit to secure the property.
- Sign the lease
Next, you'll electronically sign the lease—quick, easy, and all online.
- Pay your first month's rent
You'll submit the first month's rent to finalize your move-in preparations.
- Provide the essentials
Before move-in, you'll upload your proof of renter's insurance and confirm that you've transferred the utilities into your name.
- Attend a new resident orientation
We'll guide you through a virtual orientation, which includes the move-in process, how to complete your move-in inspection, access your resident portal, and answer any pending questions you may have.
- Move in!
The morning of your move-in day, you'll receive a code to access your keys from a lockbox at the property. Once you have the keys, you're all set—welcome home!
