For our current residents, we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Through your Appfolio tenant portal, you can submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or contact us. We love to hear from our residents.
Home Buying Program
Everyone deserves ownership, no matter where they’re starting from. As a Flat Fee resident, we don't penalize you for breaking your lease when you buy a home with us. Additionally, tenant benefit packages, like credit rebuilding programs, are currently in development, so we’re partners to our residents in their home-buying journey.
