You can easily submit maintenance requests through your Appfolio resident portal, which offers a streamlined system for a prompt response to maintenance issues. -
In the event of an emergency, how does that work?
We offer 24/7 emergency phone support. Non-emergency issues are handled during business hours by scheduling a callback so you're not waiting on hold for any amount of time. -
Who is responsible for utilities and lawn care?
Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Lawn care: Tenant is responsible unless stated otherwise in the lease or covered by HOA/Condo fees. -
Will I be communicating directly with the owner?
No. All communication is handled by Flat Fee Landlord to ensure fast, professional responses and efficient issue resolution. Attempts to contact the owner may be a violation of your lease terms. -
Do I have access to an online portal?
Yes, tenants receive access to their Appfolio resident portal to:- Submit maintenance requests
